Matter involving Insurance Corporation of British Columbia  are based on the Contingency Fee Agreement. Lawyers in British Columbia cannot charge more than 33.3% of the settlement amount.  Gabri Law Corporation charges percentage fee as follows:

25% of settlement amount, if matter does not proceed to Discovery.

30% of the settlement amount, if matter settles after Discovery.

33.3% of the settlement amount, if matter settles after Trial Brief is filed or matter proceeds to Trial. 
Fee mentioned above does not include (GST 5% & PST 7%). All lawyers must charge GST & PST for their services.
