Initial Criminal Law Retainer

Starts at $1500;

Bail Hearing (Excluding Taxes)- $1500 or more;

Resolution of charges before trial/ preliminary inquiry date (e.g. diversion, peace bond, guilty plea, or withdrawal) -$2500;

Proceeding after arraignment hearing are charged on hourly rate of $250/hour.; 

Trial may cost from $5000 -$20,000 or higher depending upon number of witnesses and other facts. 

 Fee may vary depending upon the nature, stage and complexity of the case.
 Fee mentioned above does not include taxes.   
 Fee schedule is subject to change without further notice at the sole discretion of Gabri Law  Corporation.
